Marcus Tullius Cicero A home without books is a body without soul.

Marcus Tullius Cicero Natural ability without education has more often raised a man to glory and virtue than education without natural ability.

Thomas Jefferson 1782. (Notes on the State of Virginia) "Every government degenerates when trusted to the rulers of the people alone. The people themselves, therefore, are its only safe depositories. And to render them safe, their minds must be improved to a certain degree.

Thomas Jefferson 1816 January 6. (to Charles Yancey) "If a nation expects to be ignorant and free, in a state of civilisation, it expects what never was and never will be."

School

The elite seem to have little or no empathy, many seem cold, psychopaths, socio-paths, why? The elite are the most likely to send their children off to private boarding schools. When poor folks are offered the chance to send their children to school they see it as a great chance to give their children a better eduction. Sending your children to school, frees up your time as parents to work. The elite have plenty to do with all their schemes, and with various wars it has now become accepted for women to work as much as men. What are we doing?

Have you ever observed farmers? Have you noticed how at an early age the calves are taken away from their mothers. You will often see fields full of milk cows. Most of the young have been taken away for slaughter or to fatten up for slaughter later. The most natural thing is for parents and grandparents to nurture their young. Obviously poor folks may not be able to teach their children that much, they themselves lacked the time and resources to become as self educated as the rich folks, who had the advantage of being able to hire tutors for their offspring.

Some of the best students are acknowledged to have been home schooled. Unlike some systems that advocate a ban on home schooling, shouldn't it be a matter of choice? If parents want to after all they had the children. The bible tells us that it is the parents responsibility to teach their children. The problem with letting people do their own thing is that it is not controlled. They might start teaching their children that violent revolutionaries like George Washington, were good folks fighting for freedom. Or they might teach them to do mathematics without a calculator, opps I hope you were sitting down when you read that bit? They might even start teaching them to read, wow, steady on, hey we have right radical here, folks might even read... The Deliberate Dumbing Down of America.

“Next this Dorset Author is going to be telling us that this controlled school education system, is there to benefit the banksters.” CORRECT. In England and Wales, students used to be able to get grants to help them into higher education, now they have to take out student LOANS. The same system seems to be spreading across the globe. Think about it, in most developed nations the majority go to school, across the spectrum of society, from the elite to the ordinary folks. Schools, Colleges and Universities all have one thing in common, they need funding. Money is used to steer what research goes on at Universities, they get research grants. MONEY, education spending. Education spending is influenced by policy decisions, who makes the policy, do you think they might be influenced by MONEY?

2 Peter 2:1 But there were false prophets also among the people, even as there shall be false teachers among you, who privily shall bring in damnable heresies, even denying the Lord that bought them, and bring upon themselves swift destruction.

1 Timothy 5:8 But if any provide not for his own, and specially for those of his own house, he hath denied the faith, and is worse than an infidel.

Proverbs 22:6 Train up a child in the way he should go: and when he is old, he will not depart from it.

Marcus Tullius Cicero There are more men ennobled by study than by nature.

Marcus Tullius Cicero Frivolity is inborn, conceit acquired by education.
