They realised that the freedom and rights of the individual are of great importance. Ask yourself how can a people be free, if the individuals that make up that group of people are not free? If the people are slaves the country is enslaved. Whether from God or the natural rights, man and woman have the right to freedom, freedom is having all their rights, to speak freely, though maybe not shouting in town in the wee small hours of the morning!! As others have the right to a quiet night in which to sleep!!!When water is not free to flow, what happens? It becomes stagnant, often such water is considered bad, not of good quality, when we think of stagnant water we often think of bad things, mosquitos, stench, and unpleasant.
So long as you are not hurting anyone, taking or damaging their property without consent, these cases excepted then, unless you are a SLAVE. HOW CAN ANYONE CLAIM TO TAKE AWAY YOUR RIGHTS BY, CLAIMING THEY HAVE THE RIGHT TO TELL YOU WHAT TO DO? Surely they can only have the right to ASK YOU TO COMPLY WITH A REQUEST? So where do we consent because government seems to think it has some right to tell us what we can not do, and it seems to tell us more and more you cannot do this, that or the other!!!
